Who’s eligible for?
For All Prospective Loan Applicants:
- A Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, or a non-permanent resident legally authorized to work in Canada can apply.

- A pre-retrofit evaluation should be in place, with the post-retrofit evaluation pending.
- The pre-retrofit evaluation should be dated on or post April 1, 2020.
